*Our hours are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

*All arrangements must be made 12 hours prior to drop off.

*Our rates for regular hours are as follows:

$4.00/hr for one child

$6.00/hr for two children

$7.00/hr for three children

*All rates are halved for any time over 12 hours per day.

Activities:

All activities are supervised

*Children under 2 years old:

We play a lot of stimulating games, and age appropriate activities. Children who aren’t walking yet enjoy walks in the stroller, and are love watching the other children play and interact with them on nice days outside.

*Children 2 years old and older:

*We do a lot of activities with toddlers and older children. They enjoy arts and crafts, which includes, but isn’t limited to painting, making and playing with play dough, making and decorating cookies, creating things with macaroni, singing, dancing, and playing musical instruments. We also incorporate numbers and letters while we play.

*Weather permitting, we play outside, go for walks, and plant and tend to a garden where the children can plant and water their own vegetables.

*School Age Children:

* Older children enjoy playing basket ball, soccer, and jumping on the trampoline. They also enjoy going for walks and exploring the neighborhood. They like to take charge in the garden, and enjoy showing the younger children how to take care of their vegetables. They get to have more responsibility with making cookies, and learn how to measure ingredients. They also start learning responsibility by helping with the cleaning up. They have a great time doing arts and crafts with the younger children, and feel a great sense of accomplishment when they create something themselves.

*After school busing is available for Cleveland Elementary school and West Rowan Middle School students. If your child is arriving here from school, it is your responsibility to make the necessary arrangements with your child’s school, and comply with the school’s policy for after school childcare. If your child is not coming from she scheduled busing, you must let us know before the bus is due. If your child does not arrive from the bus and we were not notified, we will contact the parents, and/or the emergency contact persons as well as the school.

*If you have any homework policy while your child is here, please let us know. We can help with homework when needed.

*Diapers, wipes, creams, lotions, and powders your child needs while in our care *Bottles, sippy cups, pacifiers

*Change of clothes

*Any medications your child must receive while in our care

*Any comfort toy, security blanket

*All baby food / formula / pediatric drinks (Ex: Nutra-Pals)

*A list of foods your child cannot have/is allergic to

*A porta-crib or similar for infant/baby to sleep in

*Any Child needing a porta-crib for napping will need to be supplied by the parent. Your child will be the only child to use your porta-crib. We will wash any bedding when needed with Dreft laundry detergent, unless otherwise specified by the parent. All infant toys, bottles and pacifiers are sterilized daily. Sterile water is used for infants under 6 months old using powdered formula, unless otherwise specified by parents.

*We provide all meals: breakfast, lunch and/or dinner for the time your child is here.

Does not include formula or baby food.

*Please do your best to pick your child up on time.

*We allow a 15 minute lapse time without charge. If your child is expecting you to pick them up at a certain time, they are relying on you to be here when expected. If you are unable to pick your child up at the scheduled time, you need to call and let me know.

*We will need to know in advance if someone other than the parents will be picking up the child.

*Please visit our Parent Resources to view and/or download our forms. They will need to be filled out before your child’s first babysitting service. Copies can be attained from us when you visit us prior to your first babysitting service.
